Who’s the Boss?

I have taught you how to be a professional. I’ve also taught you how to stop being a slut. In an upcoming episode, I break down how to raise your woman. Today, I will teach you how to think like a boss and if you know me by now, you know it’s not what you think.

Let’s get to work.

You are currently on your 5 p’s: producing, providing, protecting, personal power, and pressed…never. You live by the PEMDAS creed. You now know what it means to be a man. Yet still, you allow women to run your life. Why? Because women are still your God. But as Frank Ocean so eloquently put it… “What’s a god to a non-believer?”

You, my dear reader, are a BOSS. A boss of what? Your company. And what is your company? YOU.

You, are the BOSS aka the founder/owner/CEO/CFO of YOU. Have you been acting like the boss that you are? No! Instead, you have allowed any and every woman to come into your life and run YOU to the ground.

I don’t even have to know you to know the following about you.

You’re always hiring (meaning you are always in some kind of a relationship). You don’t know why you are hiring (you have no idea why you get into relationships). You are willing to hire any and everyone… with any kind of appearance and background (you accept whosoever will touch your dick). When you hire someone, you automatically give them a permanent position (they often show you red flag after red flag from the onset. They let you know that they are a lousy human being, nevertheless, you still promote them to upper management). None of your employees believe in the company’s vision, mission, and purpose nor do they understand what it is exactly. Your employees take advantage of you (this is because you don’t make them earn anything. She WANTS your time…you give it to her, she WANTS your money…you give it her. Her wanting costs her nothing and your giving costs you everything).

So, let me ask you, what company, on the planet earf… that’s right earf, can become or remain successful operating this way?

Today is a new day. From now on, I want you to look at women not as Goddesses, but instead, like disposable employees. That’s right!

Let’s break this down.

-Good companies will only hire a person if they fit the company’s culture and values. You must only consider hiring women that can complement your mission, vision, and purpose. Also… if you don’t see a reason to hire at the moment or don’t want to hire at the moment, it’s ok to tell women you’re just not hiring.

-Companies put new employees through an orientation and training process. So must you put women through an orientation and training process. This is when you explain your mission, vision, and purpose along with laying down your law of the land. For 90 days new hires are also put on probation, if they don’t cut it, they are terminated. So must you also put women on probation, if they can’t get with your program…fire they ass.

-A person agrees to exchange their time for money while the company agrees to pay a wage in exchange for that person’s time and labor. Most of the thing’s men go along with in relationships are things they never actually agreed to do in the first place. At the end of the day, you are agreeing to give a woman your MEAT (money, energy, attention, time) in exchange for her sex. If you are giving your MEAT but receiving little to no sex in return, it’s time to revisit the agreement. First, give your employees a warning, then a coaching, then a final, then…you know what to do. As usual, don’t be a fucking idiot. Just like you don’t want women coming outright asking you for money, you can’t come outright asking women for a sexual agreement. Be smooth, be cool, be professional. Much can be accomplished through old fashioned communication.

-Employees are not loyal to companies; they are only loyal to their own self-interests. Women are not loyal to men; they are only loyal to how they feel. If they believe there is a company (aka another man) out there that will make them feel better, they will definitely explore those option. Therefore, expect females to come and go. Don’t take anything personal…it’s all just business. By becoming the best version of yourself you’ll soon find that you are most women’s best option.

It’s time to put YOU first. Begin rewarding employees who deserve it and punish those who think it’s a game. Keep everyone in the mailroom until somebody has earned the right to move up. If they are worthy, you can promote someone all the way to president but never ever make a woman a partner. Also, keep the following in mind. A boss always says what he means and means what he says. A boss never panics, becomes emotional, or argues with his employees. If an employee wants to leave, you will never see the boss begging them to stay. You will never see a boss rehire an employee who quit. If he does happen to rehire them, he will either make them a temporary hire, or put they ass back in the mailroom with mailroom pay.

So, you have hired an unruly woman. She doesn’t listen nor submit to you. She’s never happy. She takes more than she gives. She lies. She cheats. She makes your life a complete and utter hell. Ok. Well…I have one question to ask you sir.
