Duty is defined as; a task or action that someone is required to perform, a moral or legal obligation, a responsibility.
For him, there are no days off. There are no finish lines. There is only…DUTY.
What is a Self-Made Man’s duty?
Actualizing his PURPOSE.
What is his purpose?
To first add value to himself and then to add VALUE to the world.
How does he add value to himself?
By building his body, mind, spirit, and following the God within. “Ye are gods, and you are all sons of the Most-High.” (Psalm 82:6)
How does a Self-Made Man discover how to add value to the world?
By following his enthusiasm. This will lead him to the thing that will lead to the thing that will become his purpose.
There is an old man deep down inside of you who is DEPENDING on you to be smart. He is the person you will be 30 to 40 years from now. DO NOT disappoint him by being lazy during the strongest years of your life. Honor him. Honor your ancestors. Honor your God. And remain motivated by your DUTY.
