You either earn…or you learn.

People love to say, “I deserve this, and I deserve that.” These people are wrong. You and I deserve nothing. Everything we deserve, we were given at birth. If my good lord saw fit to give you good genetics, height, or parents with money, then that’s what he felt you deserved. Everything else…we must EARN. Many of you are with a woman you did not earn. This is why you consider yourself “lucky” or “blessed” to have her in your life. Many of you have made it through life doing the bare minimum and are slaves to instant gratification. You have done nothing to make yourself into the man you are supposed to be. This is why you fear losing your girl. This is why you are always insecure, envious, and jealous. It is because you know you have not earned your woman. And if you ain’t earning…you will be learning.
Never envy people who seem lucky.
Lottery winners did not earn their money. So, since they did not earn, they will learn. Learn what you ask? A hard lesson about people. People who are given talent but do not work hard to cultivate that talent will learn. Learn what? A hard lesson about taking things for granted. And a man who is given a woman without developing himself into the type of man a woman wants and needs will also learn. Learn what? That to have a woman who desires him, to keep a woman committed, and to maintain a woman’s love and respect, a man must constantly maximize his potential, day in and day out.
Here’s a scenario.
You bring your girl to a lounge. You are broke, fat, and out of shape. I just so happen to be performing that night. I get up on stage and rock that motherfucka. I’m in shape, looking and smelling good, and in my purpose. After my set, I notice your girl sitting by herself. You are somewhere, either getting some drinks or in the restroom. I notice your girl eye-fucking me. I approach her, say a few words, and leave. On the way home you see her texting someone and you have a gut feeling it’s me. You ask her, “Who are you smiling and texting with?!” She replies, "You know…Walt Factual.”
You’re upset, right? You’re thinking, “That’s fucked up!” “These women ain’t loyal!” “How can she do this after all I’ve done for her?!” And I say to you, you earned this loss. When you were watching TV, I was working on my craft. While you were sleeping in, I was at the gym. While you gossiped and complained I strategized and planned.
The only difference between the word learn and the word earn is the L… now hold that shit.
