Yo, yo, yo! This week is a quick one but it’s something I felt the need to make you aware of.

If you have listened to any of my early podcast episodes, you might have heard me say things like… “Cuz women are trash” or “Cuz women be lousy” you know… shit like that. These statements, I will confess, is my old way of thinking. When you listen to any new episodes, you will hear I no longer make such claims. Yes, a lot of women are lousy. Yes, a lot of women are trash. But here is what I’ve realized. I’ve dealt with many lousy women, why? Because I too have been lousy. I too have been trash. As the saying goes…"you attract what you are.” Thus, the reason for this article.
Your selection…is your reflection.
Look at the people in your life and you will see yourself.
If everyone around you is broke, negative, and lazy… guess what? If all the women you deal with are toxic, immature, and unsophisticated…guess what? In my past, I have selected terrible women who just got by in life. As I have looked closer at things, I’ve realized that I subconsciously selected these women because in the majority of my life, I too have always chosen to just get by. It was EASIER to settle for women who I knew would let me down, who I knew wouldn’t ask much of me, rather than get my shit together and go for quality women.
You must begin to do some heavy self-analysis. You must stop playing victim and start to take some real accountability. You must look deep and find the roots because on the surface, you may not see yourself.
If you want good people around you, you yourself must be good. If you want positive people in your life, you yourself must be positive. What you want to see…you must be. Once you start to change, the people around you probably won’t change with you, but I say to you…so what! Cut those cancers out of your life and march forth.
If the women and/or people in your life are lousy, it’s time to look in the mirror.
